Over the past few years we have developed our overall PC sales and service package to the point where many companies have opted for resourcing their customer support services to us. We go to their clients Homes and Offices as their representative and continue to do so thereafter. We are the authorised engineers for several local companies.
Our Company was founded in 1998. We believed there was a market for providing effective technical support, warranty and upgrade support services for customers of high volume computer companies, who perhaps due to their sales volumes could not always deliver the same responsive and personal attention enjoyed by customers of smaller computer companies. 10 Years on we have diversified and Home based clients make up a large proportion of our business.
